In this paper, we consider the choice of suitable software for the development of deciphering system and research. Tells about basic causes and aims of creation automated tools, explains an importance of choosing a software platform on which it is built. Special attention is paid to the examination and comparison of ready-made software solutions. The choice of each component is justified on conditions and goals.
