"The problem of organizing general access for users with different privilege to a museum data retrieval system"
The problem of organizing general access for users with different privilege to the data retrieval system of the Museum of Child Movement History of Moscow City Palace of Child (Adolescent) Crafts is analyzed in this article. The following issues are described in details: the tasks solved by users on the data retrieval system, user privilege that are necessary and sufficient for solving various tasks and people having the access to the system. The user roles have been formalized and the field distribution by user hierarchy has been done. The scheme of realizing the security mechanism for the data retrieval system and the scheme of checking the possibility to access the system functions on the basis of the roles provided are also demonstrated conceptually. For example, only the user with the role “Administrator” can have the access to the user management functions.
