Today one of the most urgent problems of the development of computer systems is the integration of heterogeneous information and computing resources. In fact , this task requires the creation of a simple and reliable mechanism for the exchange of data between a wide variety of applications, including those running on different hardware and software platforms in a distributed environment, using their own proprietary formats , etc.

At the moment we can not speak about the successful solution of the structured exchange. The developed methods are complex enough to require the use of additional work that can be performed only advanced specialists.

This article proposes to exchange structured information to use post-relational database, built on the basis of technology dictionary.
