"Join scientific researches, cooperation between EU and Russia"
The European Community started defining and implementing fundamental joint researches on the basis of Framework Programs almost 30 years ago. 6 programs have been already realized and the implementation of the seventh program has been started recently. This Framework program (2007-2013) was created on the basis of Technology Platforms. There is a wide field of various technology platforms.
The article is devoted to the analysis of development of processes of joint researches on the basis of European Technology Platforms, the history of creation of the Forest Technology Platform and the start of creation of the Russian Forest Technology Platform. The objective of the article is to give information about the opportunity and the perspectives of participation in such research.
