The researchers working in various areas of a science and engineering, find out the phenomenon which can be treated as nonconventional transmutation of the chemical elements, occurring with the increased allocation of energy without attributes of nuclear reactions (neutron pulses and x-ray radiation). Authors examine the preconditions capable, in their opinion, to reveal physical essence of this phenomenon.
