"On a systems complexity estimations"
Two approach of systems complexity estimation is considered. First one well known as descriptive approach consists in estimation of number of systems
elements as well as their interactions.
Second one approach is treated systems complexity as uncertainty measure. For the estimation of systems uncertainty measure new method is suggested, based on a level functions constructions.
