"The physical basis of electrical phenomena"
The author argues that in metals under normal conditions no free charges and the directional movement of charges. Metals are easily polarizable environment. A magnetic field is formed from the sum of the magnetic moments according to the oriented electrons. This is a special superconducting phase state, essentially eliminating the existence of the conduction current. The Poynting vector is considered only within the conductor and expresses heat generation inside the conductor. Ill. 4, Bibl.21 Key words: vacuum, free charges, electromagnetic induction, superconductivity, Poynting vector
